I’m basically sitting in the sports book and CaesarsSportsbookNevada does not work due to location issues. Works in 1% of the casino as far as I can tell. Horrible.
CaesarsSportsbookNevada is horrible and won’t allow you to see your bets placed very well as well as you can only withdrawal from a sports book or gift card and only a sports book in Nevada worst app ever

Registration took over an hour while sitting in Caesars Palace. Horrible UI. Took 20 minutes to place a bet. Open tickets don’t show up.
UI for tracking your bets is difficult to find and is just a paragraph of text. It was out on and off all of NFL Sunday…
How can this Sportsbook be ran by the same people as caesars??? Why can’t you atleast copy and paste. Every single online Sportsbook in Vegas is terrible we don’t get same game parlays or player prop parlays it’s outrageous
They make it easy to put your money in, but extremely difficult to get out. CaesarsSportsbookNevada interface itself is very bad as well, but does work for placing bets.
Awful user interface. No way to actively monitor your bets. You have to go to open orders and click on the date and even then it just shows you the ticket (often times not even showing what spread you locked in at). Even then it doesn’t show the payout of your bets. Make sure to screenshot your bet before submitting because that’s the last time you’ll see the full information
App is always down on saturday and sunday.. good luck on betting in play.. i made a deposit hoping i can get mu money back on inplay bets but i cant make a bet because CaesarsSportsbookNevada is down.. thinking of a different app to use.. trying the mgm app today..
Why isn’t there a cash out options for larger parlays. App needs to be able to do player parlays.
The fact that Caesars has good apps in every other state but uses this garbage in Nevada is mind blowing. You cannot deposit money easy, app lags on every bet, and there is no way to see my open or closed bets. Straight TRASH.
Developers marked textfield as numbers only need to change in Xcode.
Nightmare to use. They couldn’t get it set up for me, gave me a number to text, I got an auto reply saying there will be no support provided via text. Emailed support and was told they couldn’t help. How they can be so bad now a days is beyond me, there are plenty of others that work fine though.
You can just compare CaesarsSportsbookNevada to the actual ceasars sports book app that they do care about and you’ll see the difference. I downloaded it just to win a promo and using it the bet tracking is a nightmare, the interface is severely outdated, CaesarsSportsbookNevada is hardly even a sports book, you can’t even look at games for tomorrow.

‘The only sportsbook app with Caesars Rewards’ they brag - but their own customer service have no clue what Caesars Rewards is. “You sportsbetting Account ID is your Caesars Rewards #” the clueless agent said. No. No it’s not. Trying to explain what Caesars Rewards to her got nowhere (imagine the ridiculousness of explaining Caesars Rewards to a Caesars Sportsbook agent).
With that kind of operational ignorance, no wonder CaesarsSportsbookNevada and the betting experience has been train wrecks.

CaesarsSportsbookNevada would be amazing if you could bet NFL games on it. As you can tell by the 1-star review, you have no chance of doing that.
The user interface is bad. Tracking your bets is a nightmare. Never got paid for one of my ML bets. CaesarsSportsbookNevada is lacking considerably. Ceasar put more money into marketing than into a workable application to please it’s customers.
