Awful UI

Awful user interface. No way to actively monitor your bets. You have to go to open orders and click on the date and even then it just shows you the ticket (often times not even showing what spread you locked in at). Even then it doesn’t show the payout of your bets. Make sure to screenshot your bet before submitting because that’s the last time you’ll see the full information

‘The only sportsbook app with Caesars Rewards’ they brag - but their own customer service have no clue what Caesars Rewards is. “You sportsbetting Account ID is your Caesars Rewards #” the clueless agent said. No. No it’s not. Trying to explain what Caesars Rewards to her got nowhere (imagine the ridiculousness of explaining Caesars Rewards to a Caesars Sportsbook agent).
With that kind of operational ignorance, no wonder the app and the betting experience has been train wrecks.
Don’t waste your time.
App is terrible.

You can just compare this app to the actual ceasars sports book app that they do care about and you’ll see the difference. I downloaded it just to win a promo and using it the bet tracking is a nightmare, the interface is severely outdated, the app is hardly even a sports book, you can’t even look at games for tomorrow.
