Account was canceled due to unusual activity, I just opened the account yesterday and a deposit of $3,800 was pending. I too would consider that unusual being that nothing has ever been used? Wouldn't you agree? Please contact me so I can reopen this and keep the pending in progress. 505-388-3600

How to fix Willa app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Willa app on iPhone
Update Willa app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Willa iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Willa on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Willa network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Willa Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Willa not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Willa App
1. On android, goto Settings » Willa » click [Force Stop]

Update Willa to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Willa App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Willa » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Willa.

Fix Willa unable to contact server/ Willa internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Willa » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Willa » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Willa
