This app is very bad. I can't get sound from my external speakers, and it appears to interfere with several of my apps. I don't understand any of the apps on my computer, but I have a Microsoft 365 family plan and this app has somehow interfered with the communication between three of my computers. I want it gone completely and I can't seem to do anything to get rid of it. I didn't order or request this app and I demand it be deleted ASAP. It seemed to appear right after Microsoft updates in my plan and I'm here at 1 am in the morning trying to work on some of my writings.

How to fix Miracast app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Miracast app on iPhone
Update Miracast app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Miracast iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Miracast on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Miracast network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Miracast Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Miracast not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Miracast App
1. On android, goto Settings » Miracast » click [Force Stop]

Update Miracast to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Miracast App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Miracast » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Miracast.

Fix Miracast unable to contact server/ Miracast internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Miracast » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Miracast » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Miracast
