Terrible app, what you order is not what store receives

The app is clunky and it takes way too many steps to place an order. Also found out today that what you order on the app is not what the store receives. If you ask for extra fruit the store won’t get this on their ticket. The app is literally sending the wrong order to the store and over charging you!!!!!
I’ll be calling my order into sobol from now on.

Cashier had me download the app and rang me up first, then told me she could scan after she rang me up. Good way to make all this feel worth it. Glad there are other açaí options near me.

With the latest update it is impossible to use the app to order anything. It doesn’t even give you the store location. Please fix this!!!
