Cashier had me download SoBolRewards and rang me up first, then told me she could scan after she rang me up. Good way to make all this feel worth it. Glad there are other açaí options near me.

With the latest update it is impossible to use SoBolRewards to order anything. It doesn’t even give you the store location. Please fix this!!!

It’s slow. It’s janky. It’ll ask for your location 8000 times. It works, but only barely!

SoBolRewards is clunky and it takes way too many steps to place an order. Also found out today that what you order on SoBolRewards is not what the store receives. If you ask for extra fruit the store won’t get this on their ticket. SoBolRewards is literally sending the wrong order to the store and over charging you!!!!!
I’ll be calling my order into sobol from now on.

SoBol is my favorite place for fast & delicious food. They have great smoothies and the Best Acai bowls I’ve ever had. This new app makes it so easy to order online, collect loyalty points and find the nearest location. So glad they finally launch an app!!

So happy they came out with a loyalty application! SoBol is my favorite food spot, not only is it healthy but it’s fast! My favorite place to feed my two toddlers (and myself 😉)
