Yall drivers don’t even accept rides worse yet TTRideShare always crashing.
Drivers lack integrity and do not honor commitments made, when a pre-scheduled ride is booked. One driver tried to get me use only their service outside of TTRideShare . When I didn’t they tried to get me booted off, fortunately I challenged it, and the action was reversed. However I decided to remove TTRideShare because of issues with TTRideShare , the management, and the drivers.
TTRS works great IF you can get TTRideShare to display properly on your phone. When I turn it on, I’m greeted with a Change Locality message. The hamburger is half of the top of the screen so I can’t tap it. Also the word RIDES is overlayed with my time. I could go on about other things that are not right but in its current state, TTRideShare is unusable to me with my iPhone 12 max.
Dont even bother with TTRideShare if your in an emergency the drivers are unresponsive and set you up. They remove themselves off the map if they don't want to come for you. More like a hustler driver app than a Reliable Driver that can take you from A to Z, this is from my experience.
TTRideShare estimated my ride to be between $36-$46 TTD, so I scheduled it at the quoted price of $38TTD. But after the ride, I was charged $56TTD! This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. They falsely advertise 24/7 service, yet they’re often unavailable, and TTRideShare is full of glitches. This kind of dishonesty needs to be addressed immediately
There is never any drivers available, I sat down for an hour trying to get a drop. Any drivers if there were any were completely unresponsive. Wish I could give TTRideShare /service a better review but they simply don’t work.
TTRideShare has serious bugs :
•Unable to automatically pick up your second location after the first drop.
•Does not retain credit card info.
•Shuts down mid use.
•Reverses locations.
Needs an update
Don’t waste your time downloading TTRideShare. It will frustrate the life out of you.

Deleting TTRideShare because for the past 2 months or so TTRideShare has caused me too many inconveniences. Too many last minute cancellations leaving me in a bind. EXTREMELY UNRELATABLE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

TTRideShare is a good one, very convenient too. I used it on a friend’s phone so I know. However, I downloaded it on my phone but I haven’t been able to verify my profile so I can begin to use it. I don’t know how to rectify this problem.
Overall, TTRideShare works and is convenient.
I was a tourist in the country for 4 days and I used this exclusively to get around.
There is a glitch where credit card selection reverts to cash at times you have to be vigilant and toggle it back.
I had 2 drivers cancel my rides. I am assuming it was the area I wanted to go to the drivers did not message to explain why it was canceled.
I actually scheduled a ride one day in advance for a 6 AM pick up to the airport. I saw it was accepted, but then it seems the day of TTRideShare was not able to find any drivers. That was inconvenient but I continued to book my ride for a few minutes and then found a driver.
So far good work on TTRideShare . Locals highly recommend and I recommend as well. Prices are very fair.
