Unprofessional Drivers

Drivers lack integrity and do not honor commitments made, when a pre-scheduled ride is booked. One driver tried to get me use only their service outside of the app. When I didn’t they tried to get me booted off, fortunately I challenged it, and the action was reversed. However I decided to remove this app because of issues with the app, the management, and the drivers.
App does work on iPhone 12 max

TTRS works great IF you can get the app to display properly on your phone. When I turn it on, I’m greeted with a Change Locality message. The hamburger is half of the top of the screen so I can’t tap it. Also the word RIDES is overlayed with my time. I could go on about other things that are not right but in its current state, this app is unusable to me with my iPhone 12 max.

Dont even bother with this app if your in an emergency the drivers are unresponsive and set you up. They remove themselves off the map if they don't want to come for you. More like a hustler driver app than a Reliable Driver that can take you from A to Z, this is from my experience.
