I tried to do this in store, which your app said was an option, to do cashback in store by entering the purchase amount in app and paying for it that way. It didn’t work, I thought whatever, can’t do the cash back option, I’ll just pay normal. The pop up had told me the payment could not process and would not be able to go through. I pay with my normal card. Weeks later I start to get multiple attempts of you guys trying to take out that amount. I then submit a request to delete my account in my data because this is fraudulent charges that you are trying to put on my card, explain what happened and whats happening, and you never get back to me. Why do you have an option to request deleting your account on your app if you don’t respond back and don’t close the account? Why do you still have my card info saved, yet apparently it is nowhere on StoreCash and there’s no option for me to remove it. Genuinely if this does not get resolved, I will report you to the Better Business Bureau, it will give you whiplash. do better.

Please do NOT get StoreCash! Took money directly out of my bank account. I disputed it and my bank refunded me. I took my card off of the this app app and locked my card through my bank and yet somehow, less than 12 hours later, this app charged me again! They won’t let you change your phone number without you handing them all your info first and them doing it. You can’t delete your account without requesting to delete your account so all of it seems very very sketchy and then my phone got hacked and all kinds of suspicious stuff was going on in my phone and my accounts due to this app. I HAVE IN WRITING WHERE IT SAYS IT’S A FREE APP TO USE NO COST TO YOU HUNDRED PERCENT SAVINGS, AND YET THEY STILL MANAGED TO SLIP IN A MYSTERIOUS $24 AN ANNUAL FEE THAT I NEVER CONSENTED TO. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE.

I cannot believe what I just had to go through at a local Walmart US location. Knowing I wasn’t fully sure how (or if it worked), I tried a $5.00 purchase at Dunkin’ Donuts this morning. I was thoroughly impressed at this point and saw Walmart US had an extra bonus. Finding what I needed, I proceeded to checkout only be told that Walmart associates (& me, myself) are not allowed to “type-in” barcodes “if the barcode won’t scan”; thus, I was out the substantial amount of money spent for the unscannable “gift card” just purchased at the point-of-sale. How embarrassing! Fortunately, another form of payment “went-through”, but now I have nothing left thanks to this scam that calls itself “Store Cash”.

After waiting a time and being suspicious. They charged me a subscription. I let StoreCash idle. It looks like they will charge if you put your card info even if you don’t accept the terms. They should not be allowed to do that at all.

Before: I entered my numbers thinking this is a normal cash back app. But they attempt to scam you with a subscription right after you enter the numbers. I can’t delete my information because of the annoying pop up. I feel icky for them to keep my numbers on there. I should have the rights to pull my information.

I followed up many times after escalation to see if they would give my $10 for my referral it’s been weeks . You’re not even able to get a gc unless you have $25 . They start you off with $20 and $5 of that has to be spent on buying a gc. This is like the 4th new app I’ve tried that didn’t pay for referrals. Once I get my $10 from my referral I’ll update

My update still haven’t received it I’m deleting StoreCash what a waste of time

-And then refused to refund it. I informed them that I did not authorize the charge and that I didn’t even know what their app is. Their response was: As a this app user, you were charged the annual fee of $24 for StoreCash , We would like to inform you that we only charge the subscription fee after receiving your consent to be charged. As per our policies, unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds at this time. I am not a user of StoreCash nor did I authorize the charge. Terrible. I am disputing with my bank now.

-Update, the developer responded with a generic ‘contact us and we’ll help’. I did contact them and they still refused to remove the charge. That still doesn’t help. My bank however, approved the dispute of course because StoreCash charged me without authorization and refused to refund my money. StoreCash still gets an F. Charlatans.

I really liked StoreCash used it from time to time until I got charged an annual fee. I was not aware of the annual fee (must have been in small print). Would have considered keeping StoreCash if they refunded me now that I know there’s an annual fee, but since they refused to refund me, I will be deleting my account. If you have an annual fee maybe mention it in more than just the terms and conditions. I don’t like unexpected charges.👎

I’ve been using StoreCash for a week or two. I just got charged an annual subscription fee. I did not expect that and it stung a little bit. They don’t seem to offer refunds, so I’ll keep it for a year and try to mitigate the cost as much as possible. At least I was able to cover the cost.

The good news is that the gift cards do work. I got a decent bonus for signing up, but that was eaten up by the subscription fee.

They also have a few stores that I can’t find elsewhere on similar apps plus the minimum purchase is low for a lot of the stores.

I don’t think I would have minded the subscription fee if they were upfront about it.

cash back app added some extra money in my account. it didt put any extra pressure for earn this. this is a profitable app for me. so i will recommend StoreCash to everyone.
