I’m not able to set up direct deposits to accounts at other banks through OKCUDigitalBanking . I have to go through a bureaucratic nightmare to get it done. It was supposed to have happened today and it didn’t. We just received 2 UPS packages with more paperwork. So now I’ll have to waste more tim... OKCUDigitalBanking could stand to be more user friendly. It makes no sense to me how many steps I have to take just to get to the proper spot to pay my credit card bill. The old app would require password if I checked my account before a deposit hit my account which became a hassle when verifying payments. Now OKCUDigitalBanking does just what I need. So I accidentally click my savings account instead of my bank account. But the other functionalities are amazing you can do just what you need to and see all that you need to! I love the ease and simplicity of using OKCUDigitalBanking and have already found excuses to spend more money based on the new features, such as paying a friend and swapping cards for recurring bills!

OKCUDigitalBanking has worked well with minimal bugs. Because of its robust feature set, I often go years without visiting the bank in person.

Oklahoma’s Credit Union did an amazing job at putting together a comprehensive mobile banking app! Where a lot of other institutions fall short on offering the same functionality through an app as they do through desktop banking websites, OKCU made sure to give us what we needed. Everything on OKCUDigitalBanking clear and easy. All the options I want are on the first screen, easy to get to and just takes just a few seconds. I do like it!

A couple of things are hard to find, but once you get used to it, it works well. I love the pay a friend and the mobile deposit. Lots of things at your fingertips with OKCUDigitalBanking if you dig into it.

OKCUDigitalBanking helps me take care of all of my banking needs in one place. I can even add my external accounts. It’s much improved from the previous version and makes life so much easier.

We use OKCUDigitalBanking for most all our banking. Deposits are so easy to make! It saves us hours and gas by having the ability to make our cell phone our personal teller. Love the new app!

I was surprised a local credit union came out with features I would only expect to see at a mega bank. Supporting local is important to me and I’m glad I don’t have to give up any functionality to keep my money local.

Like every other aspect of my membership with OKCU, OKCUDigitalBanking is a high quality, enjoyable banking experience. Very easy to access and use. Having the ability to bank from anywhere at any hour is fantastic and provides me with peace of mind.

100% improvement. There’s so many more features in the new app. I especially like the financial tools. It’s so easy to see all my banking information. I don’t have to download a separate app or spreadsheet for my budget now. A++

I LOVE the new app! It is so much more user friendly. There are so many new features within OKCUDigitalBanking . My favorite is the pay a friend feature. I no longer have to go through a third party app and can even set up external accounts within my digital banking now!

Click on the dots in each separate account to go to an in depth search! You are capable now of having your whole financial experience in one place!! Love this!! This is a better quality and more advanced app than I have seen on any other institution.

I took out a car loan with Oklahoma’s Credit Union. They are not our primary credit union. What is so cool is you can sync your account with them and add in you account from your other financial institution which makes it very convenient to make payments and not have to jump from one credit union t... I love using the Oklahoma Credit Union App. It is one of the most seamless Banking App I use, and with my personal and professional obligations I use, Weokie Credit Union, JP Morgan Chase, Employee Educations Credit Union, Varo, Experia, Bank of America and Capital One. Great app that allows you to flawlessly complete all your banking tasks. Loans, transfers, bill pay, credit cards and more......new digital banking allows for combined institutions data in one location....best feature.

I have tried on tablet and phone to log in and all I get is the spinning circle. Checked internet and cell service because I thought that was the issue as This wasn’t ever an issue with the old app. Got frustrated enough to come leave a review...

You can not transfer between banks.
You can do only micro transfer

App stopped working after upgrade. Now it’s stuck in limbo. I deleted OKCUDigitalBanking and tried to reload it but it shows in OKCUDigitalBanking Store as already loaded. So, now I have to go to OKCUDigitalBanking Store every time I want to access my account.

The old app was much better.

The new Pay a Friend feature is great. I’m also so excited that we don’t have security questions every time!

I love the built cash app and budgeting tools. I like that I can still view the online bill pay that I’m more familiar with and I love paying my MasterCard through OKCUDigitalBanking .

OKCUDigitalBanking is great! I love the design, the new features, the accessibility, everything! My favorite feature is Pay A Friend, it’s super easy to use and I love it!
