It won’t connect to my phone again. I’ve tried everything. When I bought this, it didn’t come with a remote for it so I’m a little confused on why it didn’t.

I try to connect to the lights on my iStrip app but it just doesn’t let me change the color. It did at first it worked fine, now it’s like it just doesn’t work?

So I just got these LED lights. I bought them from shein but the brand is iStrip+. They connected when I first bought them but now they’re just stuck on the regular LED flash mode. Force Stop the iStrip+ App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click iStrip+ app. » click "Force Stop".

Clear iStrip+ App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "iStrip+ app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
