I've tried on 2 separate devices now to link my daughter's new ekids 558 series Frozen Bluetooth MP3 Karaoke with Microphone and Voice Control to the app and it will not pair with the app.. it will pair with my phone and my google chrome computer but not your app. I am beginning to feel like I wasted money on this device.
