I paired my microphone with the app but the app isn't registering that and keeps buffering and does not move to the next step
I’m having issues adding my card. Whenever I try entering my card payment numb it exits the app
I've tried on 2 separate devices now to link my daughter's new ekids 558 series Frozen Bluetooth MP3 Karaoke with Microphone and Voice Control to the app and it will not pair with the app.. it will pair with my phone and my google chrome computer but not your app. I am beginning to feel like I wasted money on this device.

Once the EZ Link feature is enabled, leave EZLinkSetup running in the background, but you do not need to use EZLinkSetup again unless you wish to disable the feature, or change your preferred streaming service. To enable this button and use the EZ Link feature, you need to establish parental consent and select a preferred streaming service that the EZ Link will use to access content. Do I have to leave the EZ Link Setup App open? The EZ Link button, once enabled, will connect the user to existing playlists on their selected streaming service. To open the streaming service, and access the playlist, the EZ Link Setup App does need to be running. To unlock this feature, first, connect the Bluetooth device running EZLinkSetup to the karaoke machine with the EZ Link feature. Once the feature is enabled, please leave EZ Link Setup App open to allow the EZ Link feature to operate. Next, you will need to answer a few short questions to prove that you are an adult, and then agree to the terms and conditions of using the EZ Link feature. Our karaoke machines are shipped with the EZ Link feature button disabled. How do I enable the EZ Link feature? This is a one-time activation. Lastly, select the streaming service you would like the EZ Link feature to use.
