I cannot fully turn off my light. I paired group 3 and turned it on and now it wont turn back off even if i use the master control.

why is it so glitchy

I keep refreshing and refreshing, my lamp is blinking red so i know its in pairing mode but it wont connect please help me

If iStrip is orange, the lamp will be purple. Tried deleting and reinstalling iStrip it didn’t fix it, the lamp/app worked fine at first.

Let me play my own songs to sync up not these preset songs

Overall it’s a great app, but it won’t let you pair 2 led strips. Also it won’t let you play your own music.

I don’t want to listen to jingle bells 😐

It worked fine initially but I have a new phone and when I tried to connect to the lamp, it wouldn’t disconnect from my other device. So now I can only use it from the last color I had it set on

Everything works except the music. It plays my Apple Music but no sound comes out. The lights change though with whatever music is on

The settings are good but cycles are SUPER fast. How about a more relaxed setting???

Pretty lights and iStrip works well except for the music feature. Says it links up but doesn’t, please fix this. I would like to sinc it up to my own music not jingle bells

Unable to use my own playlist. Only the one provided. It has twinkle twinkle little star in it bro.

Randomly turns on and woke me up in the middle of the night one time but when I mean for it to be on it’s great

It’s ok except for the music part

I like that I don’t have to use a separate remote but I don’t understand how the timer feature works. I have tried to get it to turn off at a specific time but I don’t understand what the different switches mean or how I set the light to turn off after like 20 minutes. I think it someone explained it then I would understand. Other than the lack of instructions it is a pretty good app. An improved and more user friendly timer feature would be nice. (Perhaps similar to an apple timer?)

The music feature connected to my Apple Music, I can see my songs and everything but it only plays 2 seconds then just completely stops, all the other functions are pretty great though :)

First the music feature dose not work and a I don’t know how to use the microphone??

Love being able to have a timer for a specific time to turn on. Having multiple timers would make iStrip 1000% better.

All it needs is been able to play music through it and do more and more color options it works and it’s not bad just need improvements

i enjoy the usage of this product the colors work nicely in my room and i feel since this does not allow to add songs just use spodify!

One request please. Can you make it so the color cycle can go super slow? It changes kinda fast on its slowest setting. Thanks!
