How to fix AirTracker app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AirTracker app on iPhone
Update AirTracker app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AirTracker iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AirTracker on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AirTracker network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix AirTracker not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent AirTracker app issues:

Force Stop the AirTracker App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click AirTracker app. » click "Force Stop".

Update AirTracker to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AirTracker App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "AirTracker app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch AirTracker.

Fix AirTracker unable to contact server/ AirTracker internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click AirTracker » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got AirTracker » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AirTracker on android.
