Perfect for my needs

I only fax occasionally and this is an easy app to use for my purpose. You can also build up a bank of credits rather than paying $ by checking in daily (which you can turn off if it gets too annoying or you have enough credits). All other apps I have tried have a trial version and then you have to pay a monthly/annual fee, which I can’t justify given my limited use of faxing.

Came across Simple Fax which is credit base got 15 credits for free and then purchased another 15 credits for .99 cents and was able to send a three page document. Easy peasy with Simple Fax.

Works great if you only need to send a page or two every so often. I use SimpleFaxSendfaxfromphone about once or twice a year and have only had to purchase credits once. They give you plenty of opportunity to earn credits for free (daily check-in and ads) so you will likely never have to pay if you just use occasionally.
