How to fix BibleProject app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BibleProject app on iPhone
Update BibleProject app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BibleProject iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BibleProject on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BibleProject network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BibleProject Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BibleProject not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BibleProject App
1. On android, goto Settings » BibleProject » click [Force Stop]

Update BibleProject to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BibleProject App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BibleProject » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BibleProject.

Fix BibleProject unable to contact server/ BibleProject internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BibleProject » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BibleProject » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BibleProject
