Close and restart the WHU app on iPhone
Update WHU app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WHU iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WHU on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WHU network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Fix WHU not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent WHU app issues:

Force Stop the WHU App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click WHU app. » click "Force Stop".

Update WHU to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WHU App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "WHU app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch WHU.

Fix WHU unable to contact server/ WHU internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click WHU » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got WHU » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WHU on android.
