Hello! I am having trouble connecting my cochlear implants to the app altogether. They used to work normally. I have recently switched my processor covers to the rectangular ones that allow for music connectivity (which did not work either). Would you be able to help me with this? Thank you, Maija

After I sign in it keeps saying no internet connection or server

- It can't maintain the connection.
