Hello, if you’re in the Oregon City area and you want to dine in with excellent service, take the Trails End Hwy Exit 10 off the 205 Fwy, drive up the hill , keep left and turn Left on Beavercreek Rd. Sharis will be on the Right. I met with a friend and celebrated paying off my house. The service was amazing. The food was fresh and delicious. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who truly loves great food at an affordable cost.

Through all this and more , The staff at Shari’s Rich oh and has some how managed to Br as good as ever!!
From cook, to waitress to manager, they have some how kept the service , quality and pride in service second to none !!
It is so heart warming and appreciated by myself and I’m very sure all others who still enjoy a fine meal at Shari’s Richland

It’s been a pleasure to return back to dine at Shari’s Restaurant again since they were previously closed for in-room dining since late March 2020 due to Covid-19! Cynthia was our server & was friendly & attentive to our dining needs & requests! Looking forward to returning back soon to Shari’s & enjoy their consistent excellent customer service & friendly staff members including Ricardo, Nelly & Cynthia!

Had am extra long wait for food; didn’t have a fresh pot of coffee, and when served, food was cold. Wait help said they waited for the pancakes to be ready, before serving the sampler plate. I had the avocado Benedict was also served cold to the touch. ( English muffins felt like it was just taken right out of the refrigerator) . Requested that my meal be put in the microwave to get it edible. Although a Slice of pie was offered and accepted for the awful experience, it still was not a pleasant experience.

We had really GREAT service and the food was good. Oscar is one of the Best servers around hopefully Sheris recognizes him because it would be a shame to lose him. He’s so caring and accommodating and we enjoy having him wait on us.
When we came in, Oscar right away greeted us with a smile and recognized us from last time which was very impressive.

I do NOT like you “new and improved” system for points. We have not been very happy with the corporate changes that Sharis has made for the past couple of years and now this “NEW” system using SharisRewards will probably be keeping us from going to Shari’s as much. We used to go a couple times a week, but we have many other choices of restaurants in our area. I do NOT like to load up useless apps on my phone. We will give it a try for a while, but my be going elsewhere in the future.

Right when I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and the service was FANTASTIC! Our server’s name was shawna I believe.... she was very helpful and made sure we where taken care of! I will definitely be back! 5 star’s for sure!! I totally recommend eating here and if your lucky shawna might be your server too!! :)

We had dinner at your Port Orchard location last night. Everything was great! Fantastic service from Tyson and a very pleasant young lady! Our food was really tasty. We enjoyed our visit. We will
definitely return very soon!!

Been in twice this week. Scrambled eggs overcook and crusty both times, pancakes doughy. Sad to see the quality going down. Also 2 men came in without the staff saying anything..poor for business and dangerous to all customers and staff. Been going there since you opened. Please improve.

I always enjoy my favorite dinner here…
Chicken fried steak. Well tonight it was chicken fried meat crumbs. There was nothing in there that even resembled steak!
Our server was great! She quickly got me another piece but alas the same carcass of fried breading😤
However the server quickly offered another meat type and free slice of pie…I just figured the pie was perfect…dessert always makes me happy.

My 95 year old father has been a loyal customer for many years, because of the variety in the menu. After a pandemic- induced absence of about two years, the manager, Lexi, still remembered him (and his wife). She brightened his day by stopping at our table to say hello.

I showed up with 15 minutes left before closing and the attendants there took my order & my food was great. I’m a truck driver & I was hungry & I greatly appreciate the service I received!!!

Today was our first experience at Sharis. We had Sergio as our server. He was attentive and efficient, super friendly and took good care of us. Definitely coming back

Delicious T-bone dinner last night! Waiter was very attentive. We enjoyed pie and ice cream and visited for hours. Went there with friends hadn’t seen since Covid started. I recommend you order in or take-out.

It is so nice to be able to enjoy dinner out with my sister again. The food was excellent.
We know we can always count on our favorite, chicken fried steak, to be crispy on the outside but moist inside and tender.

This Shari’s has the best customer service we have ever had. Food is always good, served hot and fresh. Also thanks to all the workers who are enforcing the wearing of face masks, thanks for caring about your staff and customers.

Shari’s by far has the best pies around. The many different kinds allows you to have your favorite but by having sugar free varieties, let’s everyone able to have a piece. Love them.

Was so impressed with server at our visit this evening. He was very professional and anticipated our needs before we asked.
We were all so impressed. His name was Teddy at the Gresham, Oregon store. Great hire!!

First time out since pandemic. Great food, service and enjoyable outing. They are keeping social distance protocol.

You took a great system and made it very difficult to use both for the end user and the servers. And yet, I can’t order a stand alone waffle with marionberry topping. Focus priorities on making life easier for the consumer not the other way around.

Very helpful and friendly staff. And great burger!

Went to the local Shari’s and absolutely no explanation of the new rewards system. Why change something that works.

They have a promotion. Get a free slice of pie with an entrée. But the caveat with no*or story around it is that you have to dine in. Dine in? In the middle of a pandemic?
