When I open the app it comes up just showing the basics on the screen and “ please wait a moment “ but if you wait it still does nothing. I can not see our child’s watch, we are unable to track our child. Basically we can not do anything on this app, like we have before. My husband has the same issue on his phone as well. Could you explain why is this happening? Is this normal?

Application is starting, but not showing any watches connected, no messages, nothing, not responsive either - no log-out or log-in. Empty screen. When you try to touch anything on the "device" section - it shows popup screen "Please wait a moment..." and nothing else happens.

App not working - I cannot see either of my children’s watches. I can also still call them but not see/read messages they send. So disappointing to see how many others are also having issues. Please fix this!!

Says i cant log in with the same credentials i always used for the past 2 yrs +. Password is wrong and wont update the new one now. The app wont send my reset link to my email , only phone number and thats not working . Very frustrating !

The app is not working, it says unknown network error - the server didn't respond. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, reset network settings, updated my phone to the latest IOS version. Same error every time. I can see the number of notifications increasing but it won't load any of my kids watches.

Watch is too hot, stop operation and Constantly getting this message when I plug in for charging. It’s at negative charging and not getting charged. Showing above error when plugged in for charge.

Absolutely disgraceful. The time I have wasted trying to sort out this app is extremely frustrating and still not working. I’m going round and round in circles trying to login. It doesn’t recognise me then when I try to setup a new account to won’t because it recognises me. Phone a very expensive piece of junk !!

Hi, I am the main parent who controls my son's xplora settings. My son only has 2 contacts, me and my husband. The problem ist that he can call my husband without problems, but it doesn't ring on my phone when he tries to call. Messages arrive . Both my husband and U have android/Samsung mobile phones. Explora app just giving "server error" when adding a phone number. Also the setup was a nightmare, could not connect, and now the watch is just saying its "too hot", which is caused by having the phone plugged in the charger...

Just turned off at 65% and will not turn back on
- GPS is sometimes WAY off
- Dates are dd/mm/yyyy instead of mm/dd/yyyy
- Times are 24 hr not 12 hr
- No way to block phone numbers
- GPS location does not work
- App consistently logs out for no reason
- When setting an alarm the app won’t accept it
- No customer service number to contact for solution, no functioning solutions in any way
