XMOVE watch cannot be properly installed on Android. After all done it asks "Pull down to refresh" bt

The app is not loading, looks like the platform has crashed! Been like this for 6+ hours now!

When I open the app it comes up just showing the basics on the screen and “ please wait a moment “ but if you wait it still does nothing. I can not see our child’s watch, we are unable to track our child. Basically we can not do anything on this app, like we have before. My husband has the same issue on his phone as well. Could you explain why is this happening? Is this normal?

Hello, My child’s profile has disappeared. Is the server down? It’s a bit concerning that I have messages that I can’t read. Thanks, Kathryn

App isn’t loading any details. It’s just blank. Not really useful for tracking my kids.

Application is starting, but not showing any watches connected, no messages, nothing, not responsive either - no log-out or log-in. Empty screen. When you try to touch anything on the "device" section - it shows popup screen "Please wait a moment..." and nothing else happens.

App not working - I cannot see either of my children’s watches. I can also still call them but not see/read messages they send. So disappointing to see how many others are also having issues. Please fix this!!

Worst app ever!! You’d think after all the issues everyone has had they would have fixed it by now!!!

My son got his watch for Christmas and a few times now when he has been on a call it has hung up and said 'too hot'. Surely that can't be right?

Watch connect's to phone but the app does not finde the watch.

Says i cant log in with the same credentials i always used for the past 2 yrs +. Password is wrong and wont update the new one now. The app wont send my reset link to my email , only phone number and thats not working . Very frustrating !

The app is not working, it says unknown network error - the server didn't respond. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, reset network settings, updated my phone to the latest IOS version. Same error every time. I can see the number of notifications increasing but it won't load any of my kids watches.

Watch is too hot, stop operation and Constantly getting this message when I plug in for charging. It’s at negative charging and not getting charged. Showing above error when plugged in for charge.

Absolutely disgraceful. The time I have wasted trying to sort out this app is extremely frustrating and still not working. I’m going round and round in circles trying to login. It doesn’t recognise me then when I try to setup a new account to won’t because it recognises me. Phone a very expensive piece of junk !!

Hi, I am the main parent who controls my son's xplora settings. My son only has 2 contacts, me and my husband. The problem ist that he can call my husband without problems, but it doesn't ring on my phone when he tries to call. Messages arrive . Both my husband and U have android/Samsung mobile phones. The watch is useless if we can’t get this resolved. Kind regards, Verena

After logging in to the account in the application as an administrator, I get the following message: "Your request has been sent to the guardian, it's waiting for consent". The verification code is either not sent to email OR when I receive a code and enter it the page will not move on.

"Unknown network error" when starting the mobile app. Unable to do anything.

Explora app just giving "server error" when adding a phone number. Also the setup was a nightmare, could not connect, and now the watch is just saying its "too hot", which is caused by having the phone plugged in the charger...
