I keep hitting resend and still haven’t received and I can’t go to the next step without it to activate

My daughter was so excited to have the X5 watch. We got the simcard as well. But for activating the watch you have to first register on the X5 app. While doing the registration on Xplora very first step is to enter our cell phone number and then Xplora is supposed to send us a code on our phone. We tried multiple times but we did not receive the code. My wife also tried on her phone but same issue. Now my daughter can not use the watch until it’s activated from Xplora and Xplora is not working. This is a very basic function to send a code to a cell phone number but still it’s not working

Tried numerous times and I cannot get Xplora to send the code for signing up to my cell phone.

When setting an alarm Xplora won’t accept it. It allows me to enter the name of the alarms, set a date, time & what days it should repeat & an option to save the info, however it does not save any of the info. I have tried several times, nothing works!

I wish they completely trashed out the current version of this application and replaced with new functioning one.
No customer service number to contact for solution, no functioning solutions in any way.

App never works, no reception, doesn’t charge …piece of junk.

I have been struggling for 3 days with Xplora. I just want to setup this new watch before school starts. I am unable to receive this verification code and unable to proceed forward with further setup.
I have tried contacting support but no other option than email. And support is not responsive.
It’s really frustrating to say the least!

I have downloaded Xplora several times and tried to activate it using my phone number. The code that is supposed to arrive vía text, mecer does and I have not Benín Able to actívate the account and pair ny watch. I live in Colombia and am using a local number. But i also tried in the us with a local number and dos not work either. I have an iphone 12. What can I do?

I love the concept of this watch/app but it could use some tweaking for US users. Dates are dd/mm/yyyy instead of mm/dd/yyyy, and the times are 24 hr not 12 hr.

Also, there needs to be a way to block phone numbers. It seems my kid's phone number used to be a fax machine, and about twice a week Xplora tells me he gets 5-10 calls from the same number that's another fax machine. I have faxed the number to tell them to stop but the calls keep coming.

GPS location does not work. App consistently logs out for no reason.

Like the other reviewer, my child wasn’t ready for a phone. The watch is great in the aspect that it’s always on their body and it won’t be left somewhere like you would a phone... esp since it’s summer and kids are all over

The GPS is sometimes WAY off. I am using the suggested carrier.

I like the other features of calling and it’s odd they can only voice text those that have Xplora . But I’m still thankful for it.

Love that it counts the steps. They love seeing how much they do. I love the competition they can join in on .... but ... for some reason again today, he had 30,000 steps on the watch and Xplora would only read 25,000. It’s not a big deal other than for the competition.

The watches no longer work. My phone and the website both say that my account is no longer active, but I am still being charged. I can not access the account from anywhere.

My daughter's xplora watch is in restriction although she have the 1 year contract for calls and text and data. What should I do to fix it? It is been almost a month since it is been restricted! Please help or the watch will be wasted. Thank you.
