Verification code is never sent. Note that email used is personal not corporate and it was entered correctly

I would like to reactivate my Xplora account. I am registered with this e-mail address, but I entered the wrong cell phone number when registering. how can this be corrected? Greetings from Austria

My wife and I purchased the X5 Play for our daughter for Christmas and it worked as advertised. We received a new SIM card (with different phone number) and installed it per the included instructions. Initially, the X5 Play continued to work. The next morning, the watch would not send or receive calls or SMS at all. The watch only sends / receives texts when connected to Wifi. Four days ago (March 15th), my wife received an email with a new phone number. We updated the watch via the "Change SIM Card" function in the app and restarted the watch numerous times with the same results. We cannot call the watch, the watch cannot call anyone and only texting (not SMS) works when connected to Wifi. Can you please provide some guidance or a fix for this issue? Our daughter's watch has not worked in about three weeks now. Thanks in advance for the information and assistance. Regards, Steve & Michelle Simpson

Wont accept alarm when entered

When setting an alarm the app won’t accept it. It allows me to enter the name of the alarms, set a date, time & what days it should repeat & an option to save the info, however it does not save any of the info. I have tried several times, nothing works!

I can not even access this application as it’s supposed

I wish they completely trashed out the current version of this application and replaced with new functioning one. No customer service number to contact for solution, no functioning solutions in any way.
