Hi I am still having problems with graphics. Always after half an hour cooking, sometimes sooner, sometimes later, the graphics stop working. Why and how can I solve that?

The connection to the base unit gets lost after approx 20-30 minutes. The temperature graph can no longer be retrieved and the temperature shown in the app is no longer accurate. The app does not report the disconnection in any way so the user is not made aware of the connection loss

Close and restart the GrillEye app on iPhone
Update GrillEye app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GrillEye iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GrillEye on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GrillEye network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent GrillEye app issues:

Force Stop the GrillEye App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click GrillEye app. » click "Force Stop".

Update GrillEye to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GrillEye App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "GrillEye app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch GrillEye.

Fix GrillEye unable to contact server/ GrillEye internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click GrillEye » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got GrillEye » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GrillEye on android.
