Hi I am still having problems with graphics. Always after half an hour cooking, sometimes sooner, sometimes later, the graphics stop working. Why and how can I solve that?

The connection to the base unit gets lost after approx 20-30 minutes. The temperature graph can no longer be retrieved and the temperature shown in the app is no longer accurate. The app does not report the disconnection in any way so the user is not made aware of the connection loss

How to fix GrillEye app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GrillEye app on iPhone
Update GrillEye app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GrillEye iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GrillEye on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GrillEye network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

GrillEye Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix GrillEye not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the GrillEye App
1. On android, goto Settings » GrillEye » click [Force Stop]

Update GrillEye to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GrillEye App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » GrillEye » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart GrillEye.

Fix GrillEye unable to contact server/ GrillEye internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click GrillEye » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto GrillEye » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
