This review is for online shopping experience: BEFORE YOU ORDER KNOW THAT YOU CANNOT RETURN ANYTHING. The return policy is too extensive to read, but just know that they do no accept returns. I was not satisfied with the quality of my purchase, and it did not fit properly on my body. I was told that I cannot return it because it was purchased at a discounted price. FYI...they offer a discount on almost everything on the site. If it is not discounted they will find another reason not to accept the return. The discount was literally offered to me by the company at checkout. Since then I have been harrassed by many employees by email and text to prove that the item does not fit properly. They have requested photos and to set up phone calls. I had to block their numbers and cut off all communication. I have never had such a negative experience in retail. Usually if I am not happy with the quality of a product, then I return it. This is very normal practice. This company is a sham. Do not shop here!

This has got to be one of the worst websites. Just the website alone takes forever to load and searching for anything is frustrating! Adding something to your cart takes 2 minutes. Hey Pernias, hire a better web designer, your website needs an overhaul.

Adding and Deleting an unwanted item takes 15 secs per item instead of point and click. Too much Waste of time. Really bad. Don’t need to see the truck for that long

I tried to apply the discount they are promoting and it doesn’t allow to use it at the end.
Then I see the same article 15$ less than previously advertised-

When using the new iphone , most of the features go hidden around the island on top. This makes things very difficult.

I have nothing against this iOS app. Its fine.

But I am echoing all the previous low stars reviews on this retailer as well because i wish I had read reviews before spending almost $300+.

Their products appear beautiful and worth the cost. Their speed of shipment is also fast enough. But sizing and fitting issues could damage all hopes.

On top of that, their return and rectification processes are not in customer’s favor. That’s a big turn off to me.
You cannot return if you don’t like/ there’s issues with fitting of the item.
You may need to pay them for any alterations.
You may need to pay for shipping back.
Exchanges need to be with same designer.

They request pictures of you wearing the item and proving your reported issues.
They expect you to know how to measure yourself like a professional tailor.

After all this, you’ll be lucky if it comes back to your satisfaction.

I kept the products because they’ve made fixing the issues, such a hassle. So I gave up.

This was my first time shopping with Pernia.
Very disappointing. I hope they improve on this part.

Please beware of this company! Especially people buying from abroad! There is no customer support for USA customers. No one knows what is happening! Had a horrible experience …they delayed to give a store credit (4months )…….even when the designer sent a defective product! They are just a middle men in this business….it’s rather better to buy from the designer or another business!

Their service is absolutely garbage. Cart doesn’t show, designers don’t show up properly. OTPs never come through.. People from India’s team just call you/ whatsapp spam to assist when nobody asked for help. It is seriously annoying. They can’t fix issues we ask for but try to assist you on ones we don’t need help with. Jeez. Terrible website!

Furthermore, the audacity reaches new heights as they demand photographic evidence of ill-fitting garments, as if the burden of proof rests solely on the customer. Even after complying with their absurd demands, refunds remain elusive, leaving customers with nothing but regret and a lighter wallet.

To add insult to injury, their mode of communication reeks of penny-pinching desperation, resorting to WhatsApp calls due to their apparent inability to afford direct international calls.

In conclusion, Pernia's Pop-Up Shop is a regrettable waste of both time and money. Save yourself the trouble and seek solace elsewhere.

Sluggish and takes forever to process or put items in cart or remove them. I’ve had items in my cart for nearly two years that I can’t remove or give up be air takes way too long.

Measurement guide needs to be better, length of Lenghas, Pants, Anarkalis need to be shown and height of model so buyer can pick the correct size. International buyers need more details there are no tailors here who can work like Indian tailors. Thank you.

I got this beautiful prestitched saree in large size. As I got another outfit in medium and felt it was too tight. The saree and blouse turned out to be too big. I am trying to exchange for a medium size not sure if they will do it based on their communication thus far. They want me to alter it on my own which is hard and very expensive considering my location which is not in India . A simple size change is very hard for them to fulfill. Makes me a bit more cautious buying their stuff.

PerniasPopUpShop quality is far below the expectations! The content is great but the search function is just horrible. Most of the time it does not even accept even common keywords!

I loved using PerniasPopUpShop, off late there seems to be a problem on iOS. I use 14 pro and the top banner of PerniasPopUpShop which has the back icon, the heart icon and the cart icon almost merges with the bezel making it impossible to use these icons. I had to resort to using the browser instead. I wish I could screenshot and send it, oh well.

Easy check out process. Appreciate the extra discount.
