Unfortunately, QliqCHATSecureTexting 's frequent outages and technical glitches have significantly disrupted my workflow and negatively impacted my income. I have experienced recurring issues such as server connectivity errors, login failures, and unexpected disconnections, even while on reliable networks. These problems have resulted in missed work opportunities and delays in completing critical tasks.
Furthermore, QliqCHATSecureTexting 's design and functionality are far from user-friendly. Frequent crashes, slow loading times, and the overwhelming display of multiple messages upon login create a frustrating and inefficient user experience.
I urge the developers to prioritize addressing these persistent issues to ensure that QliqCHATSecureTexting meets the necessary standards for reliability and functionality, especially given its critical role in healthcare workflows.
Our medical office uses qliq to communicate each other. We have for years. Absolutely nothing but headaches and glitches since this recent update. Both on desktop and mobile versions. A nightmare.
Worse update ever. Old app worked perfectly for years. Will cancel service if they don’t fix issues soon.

Does not push notifications and then get several notifications all at one.
I cannot use QliqCHATSecureTexting at all. It refuses to accept my phone number and email address, saying that each is an “invalid input” or “user invalid identifier.” The faq’s were not helpful in the slightest. A very disappointing experience.
The system has crashed several times over the last few weeks. I can’t even delete conversations after my shift is over. I can only archive or mute. I’m sure the more we archive the more our company will get charged for the storage and probably the patches they are having to obtain regularly. I would not recommend this for any company needing reliable time sensitive messaging
I take photo of my rounding list every day and sent to my billing specialist. I need to take a close-up photo, but it gets very blurry when I position the camera really close. Can it be fixed?
Occasionally QliqCHATSecureTexting will not allow notifications to come through to me, therefore I’ve missed work opportunities. After two days of silence, I tapped on QliqCHATSecureTexting and 14 messages came across. Don’t forget to refresh this every day!
QliqCHATSecureTexting is even less efficient than the original Qliq mobile app
You have to click and exit a thread twice for it to clear the notification, which is a huge hassle when maneuvering through a busy server such as our company’s.
I am an independent contractor and use this to see patients. App spends more time not working right than actually fully functional. Full of glitches. As we speak, app cannot connect to server and I am missing a full day of work orders.
As of October 15 QliqCHATSecureTexting still does not work as it should. Keep missing opportunities for work and patients not being seen in a timely manner
