I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the performance of [app name], both on desktop and mobile. As an independent contractor for a medical device company, I rely on this HIPAA-compliant application for essential communication and patient interactions.
Unfortunately, the app's frequent outages and technical glitches have significantly disrupted my workflow and negatively impacted my income. I have experienced recurring issues such as server connectivity errors, login failures, and unexpected disconnections, even while on reliable networks. These problems have resulted in missed work opportunities and delays in completing critical tasks.
Furthermore, the app's design and functionality are far from user-friendly. Frequent crashes, slow loading times, and the overwhelming display of multiple messages upon login create a frustrating and inefficient user experience.
I urge the developers to prioritize addressing these persistent issues to ensure that the app meets the necessary standards for reliability and functionality, especially given its critical role in healthcare workflows.

The system has crashed several times over the last few weeks. I can’t even delete conversations after my shift is over. I can only archive or mute. I’m sure the more we archive the more our company will get charged for the storage and probably the patches they are having to obtain regularly. I would not recommend this for any company needing reliable time sensitive messaging

I am an independent contractor and use this to see patients. App spends more time not working right than actually fully functional. Full of glitches. As we speak, app cannot connect to server and I am missing a full day of work orders.
As of October 15 this app still does not work as it should. Keep missing opportunities for work and patients not being seen in a timely manner
