Help
I am unable to create an account on Runza . I keep getting an error message that states: “Error, The parameters of your request were invalid.” I’ve tried 2 different emails and everything else was entered correctly. I don’t know what else it could be. Please help. I love your guys food and would love to be able to use Runza. Thanks.

Don’t read the one stars
Some people are just mad that they don’t understand technology. Runza works great and if you need help just ask someone that knows technology better than you. Simple. Very happy with Runza , it’s awesome!!

Worst Food App Ever
What’s the point in having a mobile app if you can’t pick up through the drive thru. Not to mention I can’t change the pick up location. Absolutely completely useless. Seriously, imagine having a mobile app but still having to go inside. Get with the times this app and also fix your app.

Some toppings you can’t add, you can’t order extra of a topping. You can’t pick it up in drive thru. Also it wouldn’t let me place an order at 7:35 when the inside didn’t close till 8. No Apple Pay either. Very incomplete app it needs a lot of work might as well have not even released it yet.

The convenience of ordering via Runza is totally negated when you can’t pick your order up via the drive through. It’s time to join the 21st century this app.

Worthless without drive thru pickup. Before COVID I never entered the store to get my food. I’m certainly not going to start now.
