Worthless without drive thru pickup. Before COVID I never entered the store to get my food. I’m certainly not going to start now.

What’s the point in having a mobile app if you can’t pick up through the drive thru. Not to mention I can’t change the pick up location. Absolutely completely useless. Seriously, imagine having a mobile app but still having to go inside. Get with the times this app and also fix your app.

Some toppings you can’t add, you can’t order extra of a topping. You can’t pick it up in drive thru. Also it wouldn’t let me place an order at 7:35 when the inside didn’t close till 8. No Apple Pay either. Very incomplete app it needs a lot of work might as well have not even released it yet.

I am unable to create an account on Runza . I keep getting an error message that states: “Error, The parameters of your request were invalid.” I’ve tried 2 different emails and everything else was entered correctly. I don’t know what else it could be. Please help. I love your guys food and would love to be able to use Runza. Thanks.
