Says I get a free pizza for signing up for their Unos Extra app but there’s no option for it. 👎

I WANT TO DELETE THIS ACCOUNT AND THERE IS NO WAY TO DO IT! CAN SOMEONE SAY HOW TO DELETE THIS ACCOUNT? WHY WOULD YOU PUSH PEOPLE TO SIGN UP WHILE YOU DO NOT ALLOW TO DELETE THE ACCOUNT! PLEASE GET BACK TO ME HIW TO DELETE THIS NIGHTMARE ACCOUNT NOW I AM STUCK WITH!
I had previous membership with uno in the past and it worked great. Now, they pushed to download UnoPizzeriaandGrill and sign up as new. HUGE MISTAKE! They take all your information to sign up but then they say how they will share your information with other affiliates (who knows who!).

The Pizzeria Uno app has always been barely passable as a 'modern' app. However, with the latest update it has become completely unusable. Navigation is almost impossible, and god forbid you should tap anything resembling a back button...it kicks you all the way back to the base page. Horrible. I can't (and won't) order from Uno until UnoPizzeriaandGrill is made usable again. (p.s.- for Uno corporate, you should fire your app developer and start from scratch. You really got sold a bill of goods...if it was my company, I would consider a lawsuit.)

I ordered a pizza and added a salad/Buffalo bites. So 3 items. I was delivered 1 item. Because UnoPizzeriaandGrill goes through Unos to door dash there was nothing I could do, so basically I was in limbo since the driver didn’t care, he had his money, the store blamed door dash. I have no real way to contact door dash because I didn’t put an order through them ! Awful.

When I spend $60 on pizza from UnoPizzeriaandGrill , I don’t expect to have to go to my email to get my order number then go back into UnoPizzeriaandGrill and enter my order number for me to earn the rewards. It’s one step below giving me a piece of cardboard and punch a star in it each time I go.

This new version tells you via email that you have rewards, then you find it is impossible to enter anything . Hitting applybrewards says there is none. Old app was working just fine.

Why have online ordering without online payment? Also I have used UnoPizzeriaandGrill 5 times and 4 times the restaurant did not receive the order though I received an email confirmation. The order process needs to be revamped or just put the menu on GrubHub.
I just ordered and again they did not receive the order because the fax was down. Who has a fax machine anymore. Please make ordering electronic. Food is very good which is why I keep ordering though I end up calling it in because I receive confirmation email but I like to pay before I pick it up so I call to pay and they say they did not receive order and then I read order from confirmation email. It's almost funny how bad this system is. With everything automated today it is rare to come across a train wreck of an ordering system like this.

I was going to order some take out, but it appears that what you can order in UnoPizzeriaandGrill is significantly limited. Since what I wanted wasn’t available, I’ll just order from somewhere else.

0761. When I click on order now, I get a "Invalid restaurant or could not be found" error. Really!? You only have 3 locations and you can't even test UnoPizzeriaandGrill ?

Hit the “redeem reward “ button after getting 8 pizza rewards (with difficulty since you have to link your Mobil order check even though you order through UnoPizzeriaandGrill ) then it reset and didn’t give me reward. Screwed me out of. $30 pizza. If you don’t link you check in the 3 days after it won’t let you at all. No help functionality in the HELP key. Very very bad app.

Had beer club reward a couple away from app party for ten and pizza club 1 punch away all gone due to update cant ligin says oops error logging in im done with unos

They say they offer free rewards and when you try to claim them you cannot!!!

App has not worked since the new menus came out.

Cannot setup an account nor can I make an order without an error.

UnoPizzeriaandGrill Stopped Recording Your Tabs for Free pizza. It Doesn’t Work properly anymore.

I am not able to give any stars, because UnoPizzeriaandGrill has done and given me nothing. I tried to enter my check numbers for rewards twice so far, and it would not work. I contacted support which asked for the location, and weeks later asked for copies of both checks. The results? Well there aren’t any! I got no help and after two months, I opened another claim. That was over two weeks ago, and when I went to check my rewards...NOTHING. To add to the insult, I noticed that my first complaint had been marked solved. No help. No rewards. No work. NOTHING. UnoPizzeriaandGrill, is, worth nothing to me. You’ve got to be kidding. I’m unable to post this review unless I click on at least one star. TAKE NOTE: I GIVE UnoPizzeriaandGrill ZERO STARS
**UPDATE: After all this, my issues have been resolved. I am hoping my next trip does not go down the same path.**

The team worked hard to greet all of the waiting guests. Even though I had ordered ahead, the order had to be prepared when I arrived. After I left with my order I realized that some of the purchased items were not in the bag. I returned to the restaurant and spoke with a server and then manager. They accepted that they made an error, apologized and made the missing items fresh for me.

In the past I didn’t pay attention to the loyalty program from UNOs because it seemed like a chore to remember. Now I can manage it through my phone and actually get real-time transparency into how many points I have and redemption takes seconds. Love it!

Best pizza around and UnoPizzeriaandGrill is one of the best I’ve ever used for ordering seamlessly!

I downloaded UnoPizzeriaandGrill on my family’s first visit visit. No problems looking forward to earning more points. Thanks UNO!!

I tried to sign up because they are taking away the punch cards for lunch club. Apparently I already have an account and the only option is to create new account but it won’t let me because of said account. Frequent white screens and twirly wheels. Could be worse I guess.

It keeps telling me “error” when I try to register but does not tell me why. After 4 or 5 attempts of typing in all that info I am fed up and now Unos has lost a customer. Why would I go there now and NOT get credit for my order. Should have hired better app programmers.

I was really enjoying this. Downloaded durning the summer. Ramped up rewards, specialty beers, food. Let’s be clear. UNOs itself in Hamilton NJ is a great place but UnoPizzeriaandGrill purchased by UNO,s exec mgmt TableUp developers is the pits. Can’t sign in with my email address anymore. Can’t re register. Probably lost all my rewards during the summer. It’s like their entire database got corrupted. FIX IT OR LOSE CUSTOMERS !

For a week now, UnoPizzeriaandGrill does not actually accrue points for rewards. Nobody seems to know why it’s not working. I’ve had three or four checks that I’ve entered into UnoPizzeriaandGrill and not received my points. Just a shame because everything was working perfectly, and now it’s absolute garbage and not worth my time.

UnoPizzeriaandGrill is awful!! It is extremely laggy and requires multiple logins. It’s much easier to just go to the website and create an account there and that. With that said, the website is terrible too but still exponentially better than UnoPizzeriaandGrill .

I feel like the developer is lazy and needs to update UnoPizzeriaandGrill. It's like using a outdated website, on a current gen smartphone. Would be better off just using the browser instead of UnoPizzeriaandGrill.
