Close and restart the Runza app on iPhone
Update Runza app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Runza iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve Runza network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Runza app issues:

Force Stop the Runza App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Runza app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Runza to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Runza App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Runza app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Runza.

Fix Runza unable to contact server/ Runza internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Runza » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Runza » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Runza on android.
