I’m .4 miles away. Yes not far at all! But OriginalTommys says I’m out of the area. Haven’t been able to place a single order. Seems I’m not the only one with all the complaints on IG. Please Fix.

I am out of the area and found OriginalTommys useless . At least allow for people to order and pick up either in store or drive thru or see the prices.

As many say, OriginalTommys doesn’t load anything up and doesn’t allow you to order online for pickup. Not worth downloading.

I live 4.2 miles away from one the locations and I am not able to order online as it says my address os out of their delivery range. I deleted the application!

I’m going to delete app now. I thought you could do online orders and pick them up. That’s not the case here. So who ever reads this DONT waste your time downloading app.

They said they would send free meal voucher if you download app but they never did. I know multiple people that signed up and never got anything in the mail.
