My daughter and I traveled from Omaha to York today for a shower. We decided to drive through the Runza at the York Interstate location as we'd not eaten before our trip and were hungry. We got our food and are headed back to Omaha and started eating our fries and chicken strips. We didn't even get to the turn off to get on I-80 to Omaha when we realized that our chicken strips were hard as could be and so tough we couldn't eat them. I'm not sure how long they'd been sitting there but they were terrible and we threw them out. I don't get on and complain but these were terrible and I'm sorry I think a refund for the chicken is in order. I'll gladly pay for the fries and drinks but the chicken should be refunded. I'll stick with the Runza in Omaha and Bellevue.......wayyyyyy better! We went through the drive through at 3:24 pm our number was 6017.
Went to your store at 5345 S 204 Ave, Omaha (Gretna), NE at1:26 PM today. Ordered 2 Runzas.. Reponse:" WE ARE OUT OF RUNZAS!!!!!!!!" How can Runza be out of Runzas? So we ordered Hamburgers and 2 senior drinks. For the drinks we received 2 medium drinks at $2.39 each instead of 2 @$0.89 each. so it was a BAD TRIP TO YOUR PLACE WHICH IS RIGHT DOWN THE STREET5!!!! wHY SHOULD WE GO BACK??? Tom
I went to the E street store in Lincoln Ne. I ordered 2 Runzas, 2 Fries and 2 drinks. Which came to $21.64. I got everything except one runza. The cost of one is $5.59. Is there a,way I can get a certificate to get my runza. I did not open the bag until I got home. MID 4073856951947707825
You sent me an email if I order $50 gift card I would receive 1000 point s. I ordered $100 figuring that would be 2 gift cards worth for 2000 points and never received any points. What happened.
Went to runza and had lunch and was good there was an older lady taking orders and I ask for a military discount she started call corpet we don't do them if you don't like it the young girl was very nice and took our order don't want to go back because of the lady that was not nice its in scottsbluff neb runza
Worst Food App Ever

What’s the point in having a mobile app if you can’t pick up through the drive thru. Not to mention I can’t change the pick up location. Absolutely completely useless. Seriously, imagine having a mobile app but still having to go inside. Get with the times Runza and also fix your app.

Some toppings you can’t add, you can’t order extra of a topping. You can’t pick it up in drive thru. Also it wouldn’t let me place an order at 7:35 when the inside didn’t close till 8. No Apple Pay either. Very incomplete app it needs a lot of work might as well have not even released it yet.
