My son's room lights aren't connecting on the app
Light flickers as if they’re on but no actual lighting coming from LEDS.

I got my LEDs as a present for Christmas and i have been using them since January and today 01/03/2023 i have tryed to turn them on and they wont switch on and the remote doesn't work either. Thank you for your time.
