Today afternoon I ordered some grocery from blinkit but it was very surprising to note that the delivery person was very rude and impolite. He did not have any courtesy and how to deal with customers. Hope your company don't send the same person again for delivery

Real cheats. Did not deliver products and not refunding to wallet. Customer rep did not even want to come on the phone. Even gift cards they are not transparent in usage and cheated over Rs 85. Customer calls handled by Junior customer care people who are not empowered to address customer satisfaction issues. Delivery guy himself saying the company is no good. Even these reviews would be read by junior people and deleted so as not to affect customer satisfaction scores. Third class company- needs to learn from BB and JioMart on how to win and retain customers. After over 4 years of regular purchases, I have decided to not buy from these losers.

Most of the stock is old. What’s interesting is that they promise to replace it if you complain and that they are aware of the expiry on their inventory. So they intentionally send you older products with expiry of less than a week. They also don’t provide bags to their delivery executives. The package I received was soiled with dirt from the footrest area of the delivery persons scooter. Had to trash most of it.
While Zepto don’t yet have a large inventory like blinkit , they are much better in terms of quality and customer experience.

I tried returning items , and customer support responded with replacement order which was having even worse item quality
And that might not be enough so Over replacement order customer support responded resolution provided and no further return/replacement allowed . Deleting app right away
