- Takes photo too quickly, leading to blurry and/or inaccurate results

Hey! I’ve been having an issue with the app for about a month. It just constantly says it’s unavailable. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading several times. I have an iphone 11.

How to fix EasyRead app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the EasyRead app on iPhone
Update EasyRead app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall EasyRead iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix EasyRead on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve EasyRead network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

EasyRead Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix EasyRead not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the EasyRead App
1. On android, goto Settings » EasyRead » click [Force Stop]

Update EasyRead to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear EasyRead App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » EasyRead » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart EasyRead.

Fix EasyRead unable to contact server/ EasyRead internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click EasyRead » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto EasyRead » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch EasyRead
