App is not working. Will not create a match. Avatar at top is not mine. Will only let me play solo match and word scramble. Points do not update. Multiple items missing.

Today I updated the app. But when it opens there are so many things missing in the ui and 3 of the bottom buttons are inactive (grayed out). Nothing is working. I tried Uninstaller and reinstalling all day but the problem persists. It doesn't even let me to install previous releases.

I reinstalled Wordgrams last night and lost all my progress starting again at level 1. I've been playing this game since November 16, 2021. My user name is: LoriB#9532. Please advise as to how to get my progress back!

I only play with ‘Trainer Sophie’ as I find when I play with humans, it takes so long fir the games to progress. Entered game tonight and had my turn, then ‘TS’ had hers, it said ‘done’ after her turns and the page just stayed as it was ~~ it didn’t add her score or go to the next page to say ‘my turn’ it simply did no go off the page. I tried a few times, always the same thing. I then went back to the first game I started and it still was on the same page. Four times I actually tried. I turned my iPad off and on, twice, to no resolve. Please, please, help me straighten this out as I am seriously addicted to play this games. Thank you, Alison Dawson
