Why does Words of Wonders app keep closing on iphone

Words of Wonders causes my iphone to freeze. I have done all the normal stuff such as rebooting my phone, uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Still, my phone keeps in freezing. I enjoy playing this game but might have to delete it permanently
I keep reporting this issue. Everyday when I spun the wheel, it lands on the slot that wants you to spend more money 8 to 15 times in a row! It is so d-$@ annoying! You need to take that slot off the wheel and put it somewhere else

I can't get my 6 reward spins. When I hit spin the circle goes round and round. I can play but sometimes I just lose connection. What's happening?
Spin does not work and takes me directly to ads and have paid for no ads. My partners version doesn’t even show spin. Both on new iPhones and app v 4.5.5

I actually don't have a problem with WOW game, I love and enjoy it a lot. I'm on 692 Voyage and level 693 but I need to start afresh from level 1. Please kindly assist how to , what are the procedures? Thanks
Wife’s iPhone is locked on this app and restarting the phone won’t fix the problem
When I have the chance to 'skip an ad it does not let me. Also the spin function is rigged to not allow free spins a fair chance of hitting any selection. I don’t have this game, but I wonder if anyone has actually looked at your box words. I would hate to have my grandchild seeing the f word in print. Simple error, simple solution. Just change the position of the offending boxes.
