not opening

Will no longer download. Download pushed brings up date dialog to current date. Download button pushed disappears that dialog but NOTHING HAPPENS AFTER THAT. never that before. Just black screen below blue line below Anroidputing/download/a-z sort/3 dots any ideas?

I have had the dip app for years with no problems. Now I cannot open it the screen goes black. I have the app on my iPad IOS. Please advise as I have tried to open in several times. I have even gone to the app store to download it again and it still will not open and screen is blac. Your help is appreciated. Thank you.
