My name is Mr Mendes and I've used your software many times. Unfortunately I ordered the software which was not compatible with Apple Mac. I paid about £59.66 for this software. I've send several emails to Jill and she has not dealt with the situation. She end me a link which I could not down load, I typed in this CEWU-35M7-R81Y-712N and sit;; I couldld not download the software. In spite of being charged an update fee my account reads Demo or trial for two studio editions. After deleting according to program directions and downloading per direction the program displays as a demo and only the Studio portion shows up (Trial mode) and the other included programs will not even load. There have been multiple exchanges with customer service including screen shots of each problem to I have yet to receive a solution. The only solutions I can fathom are remote control of computer by a tech or just a refund of my money. I'll give them until next week to respond because today is Friday.

For the money this app does not offer enough options on the phone application. It’s not nearly as useful as it is marketed.

I have no idea what this app actually does because it won’t load ANY photos or open the camera on my iPad.
After many attempts to simply get an answer as to why I can’t open ANYTHING, the only reply is to provide them with all kinds of information that they already HAVE. The responses seem to be computer generated with no helpful information at all. I asked a simple question and only got the runaround.
Extremely poor customer service. Save your time and money.

Now I downloaded this (thinking it would be really good) and I put it on, pressed choose from gallery, and then it said something about paying and I am only 7 so I didn’t want to pay. So, I turned it off and pressed take a photo, and guess what, it said I have to pay!!! So the moral of the story is, do not download this!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, 3 days is too short! This is so bad I wish I could rate it 0 stars!
