Computer keeps crashing since I downloaded the ultimate to my laptop. I can't even log on long enough to try amd correct issues
When I try to bring my app for the photo editor up, it won't work. It's been working fine for the last 2 months, now nothing.
I want inPixio completely off my computer I have disabled it from my programs, but it keeps popping up for no good reason while I am making entry into my computer. Can you please remove it completely from my computer? Thanks James E. Smith

I have InPixio Photo Studio Pro and when I download it and install, I get an error stating the program requires a framework .net file to run the program and would I like to download it. I answer yes but it doesn't fix the problem. I tried downloading a framework .net 3.5 that also came with 3.0 & 2.0 and that didn't work. Is there a fix for this problem????? I also own InPixio Photo Studio Ultimate and when I try to download that it errors out every time. I just bought it. If there isn't a fix that I can get a downloadable file, then I need to look into a refund.

Just purchased photo studio 12 and installed net framework software requested. Installed x64 and x86 both but still asking for me to install the net framework 6. Robooted but still not working. Please help to fix asap. Thx
Hi, from Australia. Hi, I purchased the yearly inPixio Photo Studio package, I think about Christmas 2021. I have lost all my information on my computer. My problem has been that I have watermarks that I can't get rid of. I haven't been able to use the package at all. I couldn't get in touch with you until now due to a long illness, I'm pushing eighty one and my kids are saying, give up you're too old!!. I am in the process of changing over to Apple, at the moment I'm still using Windows as well. I've tried to download Apple as well but no success. Hoping you can help me. I'm not sure now what my package was, it looks like it was for five computers,not sure. (You may still have me under, bestwickp@redacted) Regards, Patrick.
