I have been trying to download the app for the Virmee Smart watch that I bought, but it does not come up in the App Store,why? How am I supposed to connect my VT3 watch to the app when I can't find the app to download? HELP!! OR I WANT A FREE EXCHANGE of Watches!

When I look up the virmee app on Google Play store it does not exist. Is there a link or something that can be used instead? I don't have the original packaging because it was a gift

I was having problems with the app so I deleted it from my Android phone. I then tried to reinstall and now cannot find it on the Google Play store. I also tried installing from the QR code and it tells me the app is "not found".

I started using my phone on Sunday. Everything worked and it was nice but last night the sleep area says no data recorded. The steps and heart rate is working but can’t seem to get the sleeping to work

No sleep tracking on s22 Ultra. All permissions, including background, are enabled. When I try to 'set' background permissions on the Virmee app, it repeatedly crashes. So I cannot track sleep.

App is stuck on shopify. I cannot move off of it. Even when I shut the app down and bring it back up, the shopify screen is still there asking if I want to start a store. I do not. Please help. Thanks. Colleen

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent VIRMEE app issues:

Force Stop the VIRMEE App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click VIRMEE app. » click "Force Stop".

Update VIRMEE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VIRMEE App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "VIRMEE app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
