I have been trying to download the app for the Virmee Smart watch that I bought, but it does not come up in the App Store,why? How am I supposed to connect my VT3 watch to the app when I can't find the app to download? HELP!! OR I WANT A FREE EXCHANGE of Watches!

I was having problems with the app so I deleted it from my Android phone. I then tried to reinstall and now cannot find it on the Google Play store. I also tried installing from the QR code and it tells me the app is "not found".

No sleep tracking on s22 Ultra. All permissions, including background, are enabled. When I try to 'set' background permissions on the Virmee app, it repeatedly crashes. So I cannot track sleep.
