Hi I am trying to get the watch app back installed on my android phone but it's no longer available in the play store.but app is still available for iPad why is that what happened bring it back fir android.
Every time I open the Virmee app or change screens within the app, I am now getting "Cannot connect with the server" message. It takes quite some time to load any info from the watch also.
I have the virmee vt3 lite and I lost my charger and I am needing a replacement..where do I get a replacement or interchange that will work with my watch ....could you give me a number to get find another charger
yes i need somebody to contact me asap ive looked n looked i dont know how to get ahold of you all i bought a vt3 smart watch and i had it laying on my kitchen table and the whole face was cracked when i got up the next morning i would like to get another one but im scared the other one will crack while im wearing it i havent had it not even a month yet can you guys replace it for me???
Touch screen or working properly
I have a Virmee vt3 lite with a black screen. Nothing I do turns on the screen. I try updating the firmware but it gets stuck at 10%. I don't know if it's the battery. I can't seem to find out how to take it out, if that's even possible. Thank you for act help. Mike

I purchase the VT3 back in October. It began giving a “Invalid Data” Notification after my walks. It works fine otherwise. But it is not able to keep track of my walks since April. I’ve tried unbinding the watch and re-binding and I still get the same issue. How do I fix this? Crystal Pennon
I added an app to notifications and now want to just remove that one app because it's becoming annoying on my watch. I seem to not find the instructions on how to do so. Thanks for a quick response
I have a Gearfly vg3. I do not know ANYTHING about these watches. I can charge it, but I can't set the time. Where can I find very specific details on how to operate this watch? I want it to check my heart, blood pressure, oxygen level, stress level, and sleep information.
Like the watch.but I only got one band.why was that.
Received my VIRMEE tempo VT3 around Christmas. The step counting is not accurate. Do the same walk every day and count 5400 each walk. Now I am getting 2600 to 4100. Why am I getting this inaccurate count and what can I do. Not satisfied with this what this watch is doing. Please let me know.

I need to say I have the watch and Ap for the last year with great results. But with that in mind I need add that the latest firmware has issues. Once the firmware was uploaded to the watch my daily step count has been cut in half with basically no change in my daily routine.

I wish there detailed instructions on how to get to places to turn things on and off. AND a place where you can contact someone for help.
I have a very small wrist and the band is too big, but I can’t find anywhere I can order a smaller band. I would also like to have a spare charger cable, but there again there is no place to order one.
Otherwise, I love the watch. Great price and it has all the things I wish to track. The reasons above are why I am only giving it 3 star

Once again this app has stopped working for the sleep portion. It absolutely will not capture your pre-midnight sleep if you wake up over the midnight hour for even five minutes. I use it for steps and walking. I also track my cardiac health. However I am beginning to lose faith in the overall accuracy of the app simply because of the sleep feature’s continued glitches
