Sleep tracking limited to night time

I purchased the watch mainly for health tracking including sleep tracking. I sleep from 6 pm to 2 am because of my work schedule. For some reason the sleep tracking only starts at 8 pm. Do you realize people have all sorts of sleep schedules??? Some people work all night and sleep in the day. You should at least allow people to set the parameters of their “night” time.

Notifications and messages don’t work.

Watch doesn’t receive any text message notifications. I have tried everything they recommend. Needs work. Need a major update to fix text notifications or the watch is basically pointless.

Not so smart watch and app

For the price the smart watch is okay but the smart features are not too smart. I’ve contacted support many times over two months. They always respond but never fix the problem even with latest update last week.

My primary problem is the weather function is completely inaccurate. The watch gets the data from my phone app. Even though the phone app knows my exact location, the weather is wrong. I’ve asked several times how they retrieve weather data (which source) but no specifics are offered.

The sleep tracking also isn’t very accurate. It thinks I’m sleeping even when I’m sitting in bed and get up and walk around.

Heart rate tracking seems good.

Steps tracking is in the right ball park when compared to the iPhone tracker. Hard to confirm accuracy.

Phone call notifications are helpful especially when my phone is on vibrate. All Other notifications for iMessage, news alerts, etc not as helpful because it’s all or nothing. You either turn on all alerts so watch is buzzing constantly or no alerts.
