1 year agoApparently my watch that I have is compatible with n fit I've had the watch for probably 8 or 9 months maybe 10 and did not have a problem with it until the time change. My watch did not update the time so I tried to open my Nfit app and it's not opening. It's a white screen with the N on there and it will not open. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it's still doing the same thing . Do you have any suggestions? Thank you. Sincerely, Tina Smith

3 years ago1] I have a NFit Smart Band. When I walk it sometimes gives an alarm which shows the number 9656 together with a visual of mountains. What is this? How do I remove it or change it to suite my requirements? 2] How do I sync the heart rate on NFit with Apple Health on my iPhone?

3 years agoI cannot get back in to change the call alert. I didn't want to save the choices but hit the button by mistake and now I cannot get back in to change them.
