All the settings are locked behind a subscription. I have iPlayTVAIO for my Apple TV which doesn’t have the same nonsense. Maybe that garbage will come in a future update.

Give us a one time fee option and this will goto five stars. Subscribing to a video player is trash. Greedy.

iPlayTVAIO crashes more then an undocumented illegal alien. No matter what I set up in the settings iPlayTVAIO stays open for about 30 to 60 sec and crashes. The author should be proud on the crash consistency with out fail guaranteed to crash.

I’ve tried reaching out to someone in support more than once regarding an issue I was experiencing but no one has gotten back to me.

Good app but the developers made it full of micro transactions and subscriptions. People sort of pay for iptv service but paying monthly on top of that is actually nuts I pay 450 a year and I have to pay for iPlayTVAIO just to access basic features on top the content I paid for. This is just insane.

I have been using the version for my AppleTV and was initially happy. I really liked the format and font size on the screen and how it lets you customize lists. This was essential because I wanted to make it easier for my wife. However iPlayTVAIO crashes or deletes your settings constantly. No matter what I did to save favorites and lists they would be gone within a day or two and I would have to start all over again which is exhausting. I reached out by email and I have never heard from the developer. I would love to get a refund but I know I will never see that money again. Buyer beware.

Nicely laid out app but the one feature I needed was to be able to skip through a catchup program, which sadly doesn’t work with iPlayTVAIO. The progress bar at the bottom doesn’t work.

The interface was ok once I figured out how to add stream, but the guide is terrible!

No updates for a year. There’s no way I’m paying money for this.

The option was working for me but all of the sudden the playlist stopped refreshing, so I deleted it and tried to add it back but it won’t add now I get an error message saying “Error parsing source file” I have the same playlist on the Apple TV version of iPlayTVAIO and it works just fine.

We are permanent owners of this program. Love the versatility of the program. HOWEVER why do we constantly need to reset our preferences for the channels and I mean constantly! It’s backed up to iCloud yet the preferences CONSTANTLY CHANGE!
