VeryFit Status

I purchased a watch 6mos ago that uses the very fit app to sync with my phone. The app is now saying I'm required to upgrade to VeryFit. I loaded the upgrade it keeps saying it has stopped working. My watch will no longer sync with my phone which means I can no longer get the alert for incoming calls and messages. This essentially makes my watch useless for the purpose intended. How do I get it to work???

My alexa is not working on my Alexa enabled watch. All I ever had was " what is the time "? And I git the time in text. All other things I asked I got listening then "I don't understand what you mean. Now it just listens and goes blank then looks like it reboots. I am running out of patience. If I don't get some help I will get it sent back to seller Thankyou Adrian Pelham

My VeryFit app asks me to verify my account. I obtain the four digit passcode, enter it into the app, and then nothing. There is no way to "Submit" or click somewhere to acknowledge I have entered the pass code that was emailed, it just counts down from 1 minute and then you have to obtain a code again, now it's saying I've requested too many codes!?!?!

Can not install new watch face or photo from phone. It keeps saying installation failed .

The app keeps saying it's not responding.

My very Fit watch keeps buzzing with a red spanner and -5 appears on screen.

The app won't install.

have veryfit app on phone . Bluetooth pairing on phone is good with208bt watch. cannot activate account to use the watch. I need help to get watch to work

The app no longer reads my calories burned from my watch and also last night it did not record my sleep at all. Uninstalling the app and reinstalling does nothing to help. Restarted the watch as well, nothing is working!!! It is reading hearbeat and steps just fine...I will find out later if it is recording excercise or not but it has been working the last 3 weeks I have been using it up until yesterday around noon it stopped recording the calories I am burning.

The app will not send a verification code … have tried numerous times … is this because it’s a Chinese company app???

VeryFit cannot be stopped. It appears to drain my battery heavily so I tried to stop the app running in the background. It stops but within seconds restarts.

When I try to open the app on my phone it says "start to use" and then a private policy agreement comes up. When I hit "I agree" nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

Why does Very Fit not count your steps as exercise? It's walking!! The app gives me a poor score for exercise, but I do it all day long!

Verification fail message after bound successful message

Just installed mar 20th update of VeryFit App and it can no longer find my watch id205l... restarted phone, turned off Bluetooth then turned it on again. Turned off watch, then turned it back on, don't have or can't find an option to reset watch which has a full charge. Experience with app keeps getting worse with every update, not better.

Find my phone not working

My new watch isn’t tracking my sleep which is important to me. It says no data. Bluetooth is connected. There is approx 1.5-2’ distance between phone and watch. I have not taken the watch off and slept with it. I do not want to chat w/ an expert for a “fully refundable” $5.00. I want a human answer for help and support.

Why can't this veryfit set clock automatically when there is a daytime saving time calendar ?????? I can't set an hour forward. Come on !

The step count on the app is 6 more than what the watch says. Even when it updates/syncs to the watch, the step count is still 6 steps higher.

I entered my weight in pounds on my profile, but it shows in incorrect in Health data section, and calculates the BMI wrong. 171 pounds in profile. Health Data shows 377 pounds with a 60 BMI

When I first open the app, it will not allow me to accept agreement and privacy policy. I click the 'accept' button but it just tells me to accept the agreement and privacy policy.

Very fit stops responding..Could you please fix this issue???

When I open it after a successful install, then it comes up, veryfit app not responding

The SpO2 icon does not appear on the watch.
