I have a problem with CampusClear

User reports:
No current problems

- No push notifications to remind users to fill out the app

- Annoying daily notification to report condition at 8AM

- App does not always open when clicking on notification

- Submission button needs to be clicked several times before it works

- Poor job of distinguishing allergy-related symptoms from COVID symptoms

- Users may have to lie on the app to attend class

- App may not be able to differentiate between pre-existing conditions and COVID symptoms

- Loading screen takes a long time

- App cannot differentiate between symptoms related to menstruation and COVID symptoms.

To resolve CampusClear network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the CampusClear App
1. On android, goto Settings » CampusClear » click [Force Stop]

Clear CampusClear App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CampusClear » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CampusClear.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CampusClear » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CampusClear » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CampusClear
