There’s definitely some good deals here and there but you’ve got people from everywhere trying for the same items as you and it makes it extremely difficult to get what you want even if you’re on top of it. Had issues with my account and emailed support for help but they didn’t respond. Tried calling the number they provide for support throughout the next day and it just goes to voicemail each time. Makes you wonder if they even have a support staff or if it’s just a facade to make it seem like they’re a better company than they are. If you’re a reseller then it might be worth it, otherwise it’s very frustrating trying to cop for personals and coming up empty virtually every drop and still being charged $20 a month on top of that.

Honestly I went through inventory as a guest and saw they only dropped 124-ish sneakers because some was clothes and other things. For that kind of inventory and $20 membership definitely not worth it especially because some of the kicks aren’t even steals they’re okay prices. Definitely not resale but then to have to compete with others to have to cop them. So I’m paying $20 to hopefully get a maybe okay deal and if I don’t I’m just out $20. Don’t know how often they restock on the app though so you might get multiple chances at trying to cop. At least for me I would rather take my chances at the store, at least that doesn’t cost me or SNKRS and Adidas app they don’t charge to try my luck.

Everything is gone in seconds I’m sure people have bots cuz I open the app 5 minutes before time & everything is gone didn’t have shot to get nothing. For you to charge a subscription $20 dollars and get nothing is like a money grab just my opinion would like to support but not get robbed at the same time. It should be no subscription instead you should charge $20 on top of every purchase since nothing is guaranteed. I understand everybody can’t get what they want but take are money and get nothing is not good for these harsh times in the world today.
