Its a spam app they took my money they said it 0.5 usd but they also took 63 usd without My permission they stole my money and refused to refund me

I have actually found this app really useful and effective. I didn’t like the sales tactics to start with though. It was super sharky and not very transparent. I was offered a yearly membership otherwise but no refund as asked for. I actually accepted that offer as I have really enjoyed the app and had great results. It’s a shame they’ve given themselves a bad name with the bad sales techniques

Terrible app and customer service. Don't waste your time or money. They says Money back guarantee and they will not refund you. I would rate a zero but it doesn't allow. Do not use this app. Use the free versions of this app. I asked for a refund after only three weeks of using and they insisted that I record via screenshots or video why I don't like the app. When I told them that I would not send them video they apologies and offered me a 1 year free to this sorry ass app. They refused to refund me. It's a terrible app. Don't waste your money or time.

There's an old saying, If it sounds too good to be true don't believe it! I was just about to join when I checked out this blog; after reading all the negative comments, I will not be signing up!

My experience was horrible. The app worked fine on the first day. After that it didnt log my steps nor can I use the workouts. Tried getting refund and was met with the most unreasonable customer rep. Explained everything and showed him my stats but was still not given a refund. I uninstalled and reinstalled twice. It worked for a while and now malfunctions again. There are too many bad reviews, for this company to still be in business to date.

Terrible they take your money it’s very hard to cancel subscription they refused a refund such bad customer service and the app itself was not helpful at all.

Waste of money!!! Make it difficult to cancel or even let you know of upcoming charges. Took me 3 emails in order to cancel and they wont refund.

The trial/subscription is not transparent and is not done through Google play store etc so you may not realise you have signed up for auto renew. Customer services refused to refund me and instead offered me a lifetime subscription to the app, which I didn't want in the first place! I won't be signing up to any more trial periods in future.

Useless app. It does nothing to help with weight loss and on top of that, they ave made it as difficult as possible to cancel subscription.

My name is Jean McKenzie. I was defrauded by your company of 100.54 last week. Your app has referred me to google.pay; I did not use google.pay, it is not secure. I would like to have the refund. I am a CEO and lawyer here in the States. Please let me know if I can report this issue online for you. The app does not work. The app creates conditions leading to eating disorders. The app does not synch with other apps as promised. I believe that I was given the classic bait and switch. You will be charged after 7 days? I was charged 100.54 after 5 days. Please send the refund immediately. I have changed my debit card. I have uninstalled omo due to its dangerous nature. Reporting that the app didn't work with my scale led to nothing.

According to my records: 1. Joined June 8, 2023. 2. Cancelled online July 8, 2023. 3. Received cancellation confirmation email date July 8, 2023. I have forwarded this email numerous times to support. 4. Was charged a renewal fee on July 10, 2023. 5. Realized that cancellation on July 8, 2023 that was confirmed by email had not been applied to account. 6. Cancelled again on July 10, 2023. One email from support said cancellation needed to be 24 hours before renewal and one said 48 hours. This is what I found on the website today. This information doesn't say anything about cancellation having to be 24 or 48 hours prior to renewal. After numerous emails showing all the cancellations and confirmations, they still insist that I didn't cancel until after the renewal fee was charged. The support has never mentioned how a confirmation email was sent to me 48 hours before they say I cancelled. There is no phone contact available. Less than poor customer service. Seems they are in the business of ripping people off.

It is a boring app and after you ask for a refund, they force you to spend 30 days passing photos that you do not have since it is impossible to follow the app. You can get a better app for free.

It’s a scam ! You won’t be able to get the 30 days reimbursement garantie.

Really bad experience I give them a try and paid for a 3 month which actually did not work for my weight management. The auto renew and charge full drive then I cancelled and they do not willing to refund you. Zero policy refund keep away from this app.

****IF YOU ARE NOT A VEGETARIAN or VEGAN DON’T COUNT ON THIS PROGRAM WORKING**** The calculations they provide are ‘based on’ a VERY low caloric intake that does NOT include ANY animal protein! VERY UNREALISTIC for most people!!!

I've just signed up and paid my subscription , and it won't let me log into the app. No support as yet but I don't feel hopeful.

Don't waste your money. Meals are repeated over and over again, watches don't connect, customer service is horrible. I have contacted them 3 times to cancel this before the next billing cycle and nobody has yet to respond. Find yourself a better app to use with better customer service.
