Close and restart the Tégo app on iPhone
Update Tégo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Tégo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Tégo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Tégo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Tégo app issues:

Force Stop the Tégo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Tégo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Tégo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tégo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Tégo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Tégo.

Fix Tégo unable to contact server/ Tégo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Tégo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Tégo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Tégo on android.
