not getting pictures i have changed the batteries and deleted and reinstalled app still nothing. I can take the batteries out of the camera and on the app still show full battery . Please help
My app is not allowing the little red circle to show the count number of new pictures.
Screen pops up asking how I like command pro app. Cannot close it and it blocks me from seeing pictures.
On my sonic pro on video is says OD TIMEOUT and its not sending videos
my format card is pending and on the screen the card says erase what do i need to do i have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it still nothing i emailed about this issue a couple months ago and have not heard anything back. but you sure do not miss taking my money ever month
Muddy Mitigator camera will not do on demand photos, it says OD Activating. I get pictures occasionally but not like I would like.
What have you done to my camera software? I no longer get all the activity pictures or notifications? I can only get 2 picture burst - used to be 3. My pics are now blurry and I can no longer get descent night pics. If it were only 1 camera, I would suspect signal issues, but all my cameras now have issues. Very disappointed in your new software. Go back to the original version.

Unable to delete 43 photos. Removed Command Pro App, erased flash card. Deleted in online account, but never go away. Unable to get any customer support. Suspect this company is out of business or has staffing problems. Think its' time to return back to Costco.
I have muddy cam . Did software update now the camera does not work 7 hours waiting for someone to answer the phone and have to pay more for a expert to help me on line

I have owned this camera for over a year now. Receiving photos is now becoming hit and miss. I moved the camera from location to another and I am now getting a pop up that keeps asking me to confirm my account information. My phone is a Galaxy S8 active but I do not believe this is the problem. Please advise, Thank you!
Unable to share photos. Tried rebooting phone (galaxy s22), clearing cache and data and uninstalling the ap and then reinstalling. Same issue. The photo will not transfer to the program to share
